INITIAL PROGRAMMING

We gather essential information and understand the project's requirements and objectives.

A project brief is established, which includes the project scope, budget, and timeline, and we meet with the client to determine needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

MOOD BOARDS + DESIGN CONCEPT

In this phase we create a conceptual design that outlines the overall look and feel of the interior space. Initial mood boards and big picture ideas are presented.

PLANNING

Now we get to dive into the nitty-gritty.

Here we start to develop furniture plans and a corresponding budget. This acts as a "roadmap" as we work through sourcing to make sure we are all on target.

SOURCING

Furniture and décor selections are presented to the client for feedback. As approvals are made, the selections are documented into a furniture schedule that corresponds with a finalized furniture plan.

A final presentation of selections is provided to the client.

PROCUREMENT

Rift Sawn Studio offers procurement services. We handle all the ordering, tracking, problem-solving, and work closely with a receiver to ensure your items are in good hands.

Alternatively, if the client would like to handle, we can pass off a "shopping list" to those with a DIY-heart.

INSTALLATION

We love to make sure everything is placed as intended - down to the half inch! Our appearance on install day ensures the design is executed as planned.
